What we do

Jelly Social is a project in collaboration with BIPOC professionals, ally professionals, corporations, schools, and government agencies. We are all working together to use your skills and abilities as professionals to eliminate discrimination and promote anti-racism in the workplace. As a group, we focus our efforts on the “5 C’s”…

1. Conversation

We disseminate information about justice, equity, diversity, inclusion, and decolonization (JEDID) in the workplace that is shareable and easy to understand. The content we create is always thought-provoking, critical, and compassionate – with the goal of sparking conversations. We never intend to offend, but we do believe in conveying hard truths. Rest assured, our commitment is always to truth and empowering each of us to eliminate discrimination in North America.

2. Community

We create opportunities to bring us all into a room – virtual or otherwise – with diverse people that we normally might not interact with. Why? Because serendipitous things happen when we come together with people from all kinds of different backgrounds. This is the best way to learn from each other and gain unique insights from our diverse peers. This is one of the more simpler yet powerful ways to reverse discrimination in our professional lives – simply coming together with more diverse people!

3. Collaborate

We partner up with progressive organizations, grassroots initiatives, and volunteers from all across North America.
